To ensure we can properly acknowledge your gift and direct it according to your wishes, please provide the following details when you make your transfer:

  • Donor’s name and address (for tax receipt purposes)

  • Stock or fund name and ticker symbol

  • Number of shares being transferred

  • Expected date of transfer

  • Designation for your gift, such as:

    • St. Paul Operations (Tithe)

    • St. Paul Catholic School
